As a certified trauma-informed mental health professional with 20 years of experience, Tahea integrates a holistic approach to healing, using Yoga as Therapy, Reiki, Meditation, Sound Baths, and guided mentorship. Duration:
Each session is 60 minutes, focusing on impactful, personalized guidance.

How often should I come in?
To maximize growth and healing, begin with 3-4 sessions, then schedule follow-ups every 4-6 weeks to maintain progress.

As a certified trauma-informed mental health professional, I'm dedicated to helping individuals heal from the deep wounds of trauma. With 20 years of experience, I utilize Yoga as Therapy (which includes counseling and mentorship), in site visits, Reiki, Meditation, and Sound Baths, to create a safe and supportive space for clients to process their experiences and rebuild their lives.
